  • Calibrated to your specification

Every engagement follows your studio or platform delivery specification and quality control methodology, not a generic checklist.

  • Native-fluency linguistic review

Every asset is reviewed by an English and German specialist for meaning, tone, register and cultural accuracy, well beyond a spellcheck.

  • Synchronization and timing verification

Frame-accurate timing checks across subtitles, captions, audio description, dubbed audio and original language tracks.

  • Clear, actionable issue reports

Every flagged issue is logged with timecode, category and severity, so corrections are fast and re-deliveries stay rare.

A structured, repeatable quality control workflow.

Every asset moves through the same disciplined review sequence, calibrated to your specification and designed to catch issues before they become re-deliveries.

Security and infrastructure

Secure facilities.Current technology.Uninterrupted operation.

Security is not an add-on here. Before founding UTF8-LLC, the founder spent more than two decades in content protection and technology leadership at a major media company. The facility and every workflow are built so that unreleased content stays exactly where it belongs.

Content security framework

Facility and workflows follow the Motion Picture Association (MPA) Content Security Best Practices and the Trusted Partner Network (TPN) control framework: access control, asset handling, secure transfer and secure disposal.

Physical security

Access-controlled premises with no public or visitor access to review stations. Assets are never viewed on shared or portable screens, and no printed material or removable media leaves the facility.

Network isolation and encryption

Review workstations sit on a segmented network behind an enterprise-grade firewall. Storage is encrypted at rest, transfers run only on client-mandated platforms (Aspera, Signiant, SFTP) and every account is protected by multi-factor authentication.

Redundant connectivity and power

Two independent internet connections with automatic failover keep deliveries on schedule. Uninterruptible power supplies bridge outages, so no review session is lost mid-asset.

Current-generation equipment

Workstations refreshed on a regular cycle, colour-calibrated reference displays and studio-grade monitoring, running the current versions of professional subtitle, caption and audio review tools.

Asset lifecycle

Assets are handled under non-disclosure agreement, accessed only through the platforms you approve, retained only for the duration of the engagement and securely erased on completion, with deletion confirmed on request.

On-premises AI

Any AI-assisted check runs on large language models hosted entirely on our own hardware. No content, text, audio or metadata is ever sent to a cloud service or third-party API, in any form. We stay at the forefront of the technology and adopt every meaningful advance as it arrives, always inside the same closed environment.
